daddy's little helper

The gearbox in mummies car is sick so it needed to be fixed.
Daddy can fix a lot of things, but this is not one of them.
He can get it out and put it back in, but that is a big job so he could use some help.
Lucky he had Broc to help him out.

Mummies friend had given Broc a new suit. It is very nice and warm.

He got so warm daddy took it off and put him on a new suit.
Only daddy wasn't quick enough and while he changed Broc's nappie at the same time Broc peed all over his clean clothes, so dad got another one out.
That was 3 suits for the day.
In this suit Broc looks like one of the Daltons.

carefull Lucky Luck is not going to get him.

Daddy found the Jolly Jumper and put Broc in it.
It had been a long time since Broc has been in it cause it was lost for a few months.
But now Broc is a bit older and likes it way better he is loving it and forgot all about the fact that he was tired and wanted to go to bed.

It was aunty caveman's birthday this week so we went for a visit.

It's always good to go to the farm it's so much fun, and of course we went to have a look at the piggies.

Mummie pig had new baby's and they are so cute.

don't look to long, because in another few months they are on the plate.

We also went to have a look at all the birds and on the way Broc gave daddy a big hug.

Back at the house we had to light a candle for the birthday girl. This wasn't a normal candle, it was a very special one.
It keeps every one warm the whole night.

papa's kleine helper

Mamma's auto is kapot de versnellingsbak ziek dus die moest gemaakt worden.
Pappa kan veel zelf maken, maar dat kan ie nou net niet.
Wel kan hij 'm er zelf onderuit halen en weer terug in doen, maar dat is een flinke klus dus kon ie wel wat hulp gebruiken.
Gelukkig was Broc d'r om hem een handje te helpen.

Broc had kleren gekregen van mama's vriendin.
D'r zat een lekker warm pakje tussen. Een beren pakje

Dit was toch wel een beetje warm dus papa ging hem wat koelers aandoen. Terwijl ie dat deed deed ie ook meteen even een shone luier aan.
Oeps Broc plaste over z'n nieuwe kleren.
Gelukkig hebben we d'r genoeg in de kast en pakte papa maar weer een ander pakje.
Met dit pakje lijkt ie wel op een van de boefjes van de Lucky Luck verhaaltjes.

Eindelijk hebben we de Jolly Jumper weer gevonden.
Omdat Broc nu wat groter is en meer beweegt heeft ie wat beter in de gaten wat er aan de hand is. Hij vind de Jolly Jumper toch wel erg leuk. Wat een lol al dat stampen en springen.

It was tante oervrouw d'r verjaardag dus gingen we daar gezellig ff naartoe.
Die doet Broc altijd graag ff knuffelen en Broc hield 't allemaal mooi in de gaten.

 Het is altijd erg leuk op de boerderij. En ome oerman heeft varkentjes dus die gingen we even bezoeken

 Het mama varken had baby's gekregen een paar weken geleden en ze waren zo schattig.

Onderweg naar de vogels gaf Broc papa een lekkere knuffel.

 Natuurlijk horen er kaarsjes bij een verjaardag. Ome oerman heeft een heel speciaal kaarsje voor z'n vrouw
 gemaakt.
 Dit soort kaarsje houd alle gasten lekker warm en het is nog gezellig ook.

Wat een plezier al dit weekend en 't is nog niet eens over.

nog meer tantes

Broc had zoveel plezier vorige week op 't kinderdagverblijf met alle andere kindjes.
Ze hadden nog steeds vakantie dus 't was weer dikke pret daaro.
Hij had zoveel plezier dat ie nauwlijks heeft geslapen. Maar 45min voor de hele dag.
De juffrouw zei hij wilde niet naar bed, maar was zo moe hij zat op de grond te spelen met z'n ogen dicht.
Wat een feestneus die Broc.
Broc en mama hadden met een vriendin van mama afgesproken om wat bij te kletsen, maar haar kindje was een beetje ziek dus had ze afgemeld.
Dat kwam dus goed uit en Broc kon meteen naar bed toen ie thuis kwam.

Mama dacht dat Broc 't misschien wel leuk vond om te tekenen dus had ze wat papier en een vetkrijtje gepakt voor hem.
Hij wist nog niet echt wat te doen, maar 't is wel heel leuk om 't papier te friemelen.

Met een beetje hulp van mama kwam er toch wel wat op papier.
Nu flink oefenen en dan kunnen we tekeningen sturen.

Aunty Tulip and aunty Opal kwamen over voor 't weekend. Ze kwamen helemaal van Lightning Ridge speciaal om Broc te zien. Dat is ongeveer 6 uur rijden.
Tante Tulip komt ook uit nederland en mama heeft haar leren kennen toen ze hier voor de eerste keer rond aan 't reizen was. Zij was ook verliefd geworden en hier gebleven.

Zij werken alletwee op een dageverblijf dus kunnen heel goed met baby's overweg.
Broc kreeg natuurlijk hartstikke veel knuffels.

Ze vonden 't heel leuk om voor Broc te zorgen.
Ze zongen liedjes en gaven hem te eten.

Om het weekend helemaal top te maken kwam aunty pickture ook nog eens langs. En met z'n allen waren we gezellig wezen wandelen bij de rivier.

Jammer genoeg was 't weekend weer veel te snel over en ging iedereen weer naar huis.

It is still school holliday so when Broc went to day care again last week it was full house again.
Mummy had a full day at work and when she picked him up the daycare mum told her he hardly slept all day.
45 Min was all he got he had to play and wouldn't miss out on any of the fun.
Apperently he was sitting there trying to play with his eyes shut he was so tired, but no he would not go to bed.
Lucky mumies coffee appointment got cancelled so he could go to bed when we got home.

Because Broc is so good in holding and grabbing things mummy thought maybe he would like to draw.
So out came the crytons and paper.
Broc didn't really get what to do with it but with a little bit of help from mummie he made a nice drawing. That was fun.

On the weekend aunty tulip and aunty opal came over. All the way from Lightning Ridge, they drove over specially to meet Broc.
Aunty tulip and mummy became friends when they were travelling and she is also dutch.
She brought a friend so she didn't have to travel all the way by herself.

They both work in a daycare centre so they knew of fun songs to sing with Broc.
They helped him get out of bed and eat and gave him bath's and Broc had lot's of smiles for them in return.

To bad they only stayed a couple of days and then they had to go back home again.

To top it all of for this fun weekend aunty pickture dropped in on sunday as well and joint us all for a walk at the river.

een uitje

Het is shoolvakantie en dus was t drukke boel op 't dag verblijf.
Normaal is er maar 1 ander kindje met Broc, maar nu waren er 5 andere.
Ze zijn allemaal ouder dan Broc dus Broc was popie jopie. Iedereen vond 't wel heel leuk om met de baby te spelen.
Dus toen mama kwam om Broc te voeden (ze was z'n flesje vergeten in z'n tas te doen) had ie helemaal geen tijd voor haar.
Snel wat gedronken en toen weer terug spelen, hartstikke gezellig.

Vrijdag avond waren we naar tante pickture en ome sport gegaan, omdat great grandpa een feestje had.
Die is 80 geworden en tante music was helemaal vanuit Hong Kong gekomen om dat mee te vieren.
Broc was 't topic van 't feestje.  (sorry great grandpa).
 Iedereen vond hem zo lief.
Dat kan natuurlijk ook niet anders want hij lacht tegen iedereen en zit graag bij iedereen op shoot.
Ze hadden daar ook leuke speeltjes waar Broc gezellig mee zat te spelen.

Na een enkele uurtjes had Broc het wel gehad, maar 't feestje was afgelopen dus dat kwam mooi uit.
Papa ging lekker ff met Broc naar buiten om hem wat af te leiden van z'n slaap tot ze konden vertrekken.

Tante music had een hotel geregeld voor ons zodat ze gezellig wat bij kon kletsen met ons.
Dat was wel erg luxe, normaal gaan we niet in zo'n hotel.

Daar aangekomen zat ie lekker te spelen op 't grote bed terwijl mama Broc z'n bedje klaar aan 't zetten was.

Broc heeft weer een sprongetje gehad en kan nu veel beter verhaaltjes vertellen.
Niet alleen meer oeh oeh en aah.
Hij vond 't wel goed om lekker rustig te zitten of liggen, maar nu rold ie toch vort.
Deze nieuwe uitvinding vind ie geweldig nu ligt ie niet meer still. Zelf in bed weet ie zich van dwars te rollen de grapjas.
Ook heeft ie meer balance en kan al heel goed zelf tegen de muur staan.

Omdat ie zo goed bleef staan dacht mama we zullen eens kijken hoe lang ie dat vol houd terwijl ie z'n eten krijgt.

De volgende dag gingen we weer naar huis en Broc was zo moe van alle drukte dat ie 3 uur lekker in z'n eigen bedje geslapen heeft.

a night in a hotel

Broc had an absolute ball at daycare last week.

It was shool holliday and instead of 1 there were 5 more other kids.

He was the baby out of the lot so every one wanted to play with him.

Mummy forgot to pack his bottle so she droped in on the way home to feed him.

He had a quick drink because he had no time for mummy.

Friday night we went to aunty pickture and uncle sport.

It was great grandpa's 80 birthday saterday and aunty music had organised a party for him.

She came all the way from Hong Kong to celebrate her daddy's birthday and couldn't wait to see Broc again.

He had lots of smiles for everyone and was almost the star of the party.

After a few hours Broc got a bit tired and daddy took him outside while everyone was leaving the party to go home.

Aunty music booked a room for us in the Ibis hotel so she could catch up with us.

That was very flash, normally we go camping.

 Broc has had a few changes this week, he has more variation of words then just oeh oeh and aah, he finaly rolls over and can also stand up a lot better. 

Not so wobbly on the legs anymore.

Because he doesn't wobble he can stand up easy against the wall now.

 He was standing there so tight that mummy,: thought lets see how long he can stand while he is having dinner.

The next morning we went home and Broc could finely sleep in his own bed again.

He slept 3 hours straight he was so tired from all the exitement over the weekend.
