mummy's 40th

It’s mummy’s big 40^th.

To celebrate this she asked some friends to come camping for the weekend.

Everyone who wanted to join booked a side at the caravanpark.

The Lightning familie had to travel from far so they decited they would come the night before to spend the night at our house and then travel with us in the morning to the park.

The Lightnings have 2 young lightning strikes that were very exited to come on this fun weekend.

When we arrived at the park we had to set up our tent.

Uncle and aunty clog were already there and came over to help us set up camp.

Broc loved the tent. He had never before seen it and he kept going in and out, in and out.

After all this hard work we were very hungry so we cooked up some sausages on the BBQ.

Broc had his own chair so he had lunch in it.

There was lots to do for kids, but the most fun thing was the big air matrass right beside where we were camping.

The plan was for the girls to go shopping and the boys to go on a charter for the day, but the forcast was not good and the captain had told daddy if the weather was bad they wouldn’t be going.

Uncle lightning was looking through some flyers and found something interesting to go and do just in case the fishing didn’t go ahead.

Like the forecast said it was raining and so off we went to get some special photo’s done.

Because it was mummy her party she could choose the style and she picked Cowboys.

In the afternoon we went shopping and Broc saw a tractor that he wanted to go in to.

 

now he is full of smiles

The Clogs had a surprise for mummy and daddy. They had been very busy cooking that afternoon and after dinner they served up 2 mjammie cakes.

One for mummy and one for daddy cause he didn’t celebrate his birthday last week.

When they lit the candles the flowers started to open up and they played a song.

Awsum.
